The location is excellent:
there’s a bus stop right next to the apartment and good train connections to the airport and Zurich city center. It’s just a five-minute drive to the highway, making it ideal for exploring the surrounding area or getting to your business appointments.
On the balcony, you can enjoy a delicious NESPRESSO in the morning and start the day feeling refreshed. The apartment has comfortable king-size box-spring beds, a large smart TV, cable TV, and a spacious dining table for 5 people.
If you want to stay at home, the fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, stove, spacious refrigerator, and freezer compartment is at your disposal. So nothing stands in the way of a delicious meal in the cozy dining room.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, so you can relax and enjoy a soothing bath. A combination washer/dryer with eco-friendly detergent is at your disposal. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials, such as hotel-quality shower gel and shampoo.
Even if there are five of you, there is enough space with a high-quality sofa bed. For very young guests, we can also provide a high chair and a travel cot. Please mention this when booking.
If you are arriving by car, you can park it in the designated outdoor space or, depending on the apartment, in the underground garage. This is free of charge, of course!

We live nearby and answer phone calls or messages as quickly as possible during the day. Please only call us after 8 p.m. in real emergencies, as we cannot offer a telephone service at night.
You live in Effretikon – and that’s exactly the advantage: not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but perfectly connected. From here, you can quickly reach Zurich, the airport, and many highlights of the region. Ideal if you’re on the go during the day and want to arrive at a quiet, bright base in the evening.
Thanks to the good public transport connections, you are flexible in all directions: city trips to Zurich, business appointments in the surrounding area, or excursions to eastern Switzerland. Winterthur, Lake Zurich, and various local recreation areas are also easily accessible – perfect for walks, short day trips, or a weekend program without a long journey.
When you leave the accommodation, you are just a few steps away from the Müselacher bus stop. From there, you can take the 652 bus to Effretikon train station. From Effretikon, you can quickly reach anywhere: depending on the connection, you can reach Zurich main station in around 16 minutes, Zurich Airport (ZRH) in around 9 minutes, and Winterthur in around 7–8 minutes.
For everyday shopping, you will find convenient stores in Effretikon – for example, Migros, Coop, Denner, and other shops in the Effimärt shopping center. If you want to eat out, there are also good options in the area, such as the QN Restaurant or the Villa Barone.
We zorgen voor beddengoed en handdoeken van hoge kwaliteit. Daarnaast vind je een welkomstpakket met koffie, thee en een kleine verrassing.
We besteden veel aandacht aan duurzaamheid en gebruiken alleen biologische producten en milieuvriendelijke schoonmaakmiddelen. We hebben een CO2-compensatie gemaakt voor alle inrichting.
Extra diensten:
- Later uitchecken is afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid en kan geboekt worden tegen een toeslag.
- Schoonmaak tijdens het verblijf kan ook geboekt worden tegen extra kosten.
Voor het inchecken moet een registratieformulier worden ingevuld volgens de wet. De hoofdgast moet zijn identiteit biometrisch bevestigen. Toegangscodes voor het inchecken worden pas verzonden nadat alle gasten succesvol zijn geregistreerd.
