Guests are not allowed to make reservations with STAYY Operations GmbH within their region of residence (radius of 30 kilometers). Please contact us if you wish to book such accommodation. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We will charge CHF 40 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. All guests must be registered by law using the registration form before check-in.
Smoking, parties and excessive volume are not permitted. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony/terrace with the door/window closed. Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of CHF 250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee.

The accommodations are ideal for families, and families are warmly welcome. Our spacious, family-friendly apartments offer space for everyone to relax. We offer comfortable living spaces and thoughtful details for a stress-free stay. Upon request, we are also happy to provide a crib or high chair.

Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or who delay our cleaning are
responsible for all resulting costs and expenses.
