The location is very good:
The apartment serves as the perfect base for your needs, whether on business or for private travelers. The apartment is very centrally located in the Limmat Valley. There are many stores and restaurants nearby and the public transport connections are excellent.
You can enjoy a delicious NESPRESSO on the balcony in the morning and start the day feeling refreshed. The apartment has comfortable double beds, a smart TV with internet TV, a spacious dining table and plenty of storage space for clothes.
If you want to stay at home, you can use the fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee machine, kettle, electric hob, oven, spacious fridge and freezer. So nothing stands in the way of a delicious meal at the dining table or on the balcony with evening sun.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A combined washing and drying machine is available free of charge. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo.
Even if there are six of you, there is enough space with two large box-spring beds and a comfortable sofa bed. We can also provide a high chair and travel cot for very young guests. Please mention this when booking.
If you are traveling with one or two cars, you can use our parking space in the covered carport free of charge.
Far from home and yet at home.
There is a carport for 1 vehicle right next to the accommodation. However, you can also park a second vehicle or a very tall vehicle directly in front of it.
The Limmattalbahn, which can take you to Schlieren or directly to Zurich, is just a one-minute walk away.
We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. You can also expect a welcome pack with coffee, tea and a small surprise.
We pay great attention to sustainability and only use organic products and biodegradable cleaning products. We have made a CO2 compensation for all furnishings.
Additional services:
– Late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked for an additional charge.
– Cleaning during the stay can also be booked for an extra charge.
By law, a registration form must be completed prior to check-in. The main guest must confirm their identity biometrically. The access codes for check-in will only be sent once all guests have been successfully registered.
We live nearby and answer phone calls or messages as quickly as possible during the day. Please only call us after 20:00 in real emergencies, as we cannot offer a telephone service at night.
You live in urban Schlieren, the gateway to the city of Zurich. Thanks to the ideal location with numerous transport links and excellent public transport connections, you can move around freely.
There are numerous shopping facilities nearby, as well as the local recreation area par excellence, the River Limmat. There are footpaths on both sides of the river, which are perfect for a short jog or a leisurely stroll.
The entire flat is at your disposal. Make yourself at home!
1. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is at 10:00 at the latest.
Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations with STAYY Operations GmbH within their region of residence (radius of 30 kilometers). Please contact us if you wish to book such accommodation.
3. Smoking, parties and excessive volume are not permitted. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony/terrace with the door/window closed.
Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of CHF 250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission as well as illegal activities and prostitution are strictly prohibited.
5. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We will charge CHF 40 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. All guests must be registered by law using the registration form before check-in.
6. Pets are allowed for an extra charge and must be declared at the time of booking.
7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes.
8. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels.
9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.
10. For longer stays of 10 days or more, intermediate cleaning is included in the price and is mandatory at least every 10 days.
11. The booking of a reservation is accompanied by the agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, charges, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property without refund.
