The location is very good:
The bus stops right in front of the accommodation and takes you directly to the lake in 2 minutes. You can reach the cities of Lucerne and Zug in 20 minutes by car.
On the balcony you can enjoy a delicious NESPRESSO in the morning and start the day relaxed. The apartment has 1 box-spring bed and 2 single beds, a Smart TV with Internet TV and a dining table for up to 4 people.
If you want to stay at home, you can use the fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee machine, kettle, electric stove, spacious fridge and freezer. So nothing stands in the way of a delicious meal with family or friends.
The bathroom is extremely chic and equipped with a shower and bathtub. A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment free of charge. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo.
For very small guests we can also offer a high chair and a travel cot. Please mention this when booking.
Parking is available in the surrounding area for a fee.

When you leave the accommodation, you can take the 622 and 653 bus directly to the train station or to the lake. Public transport in the area and in Switzerland in general is excellent.
You can even walk to Lake Lucerne in 7 minutes.

We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. In addition, you will find a welcome set with coffee, tea and a small surprise.
We pay a lot of attention to sustainability and use only organic products and environmentally friendly cleaning products. We have made a CO2 compensation for all furnishings.

Before check-in, a registration form must be filled out according to the law. The main guest must confirm his identity biometrically. Access codes for check-in will be sent only after successful registration of all guests.
Unfortunately, we don’t live nearby, but we answer phone calls or messages as quickly as possible during the day. Please only call us after 8 p.m. in real emergencies, as we cannot offer a telephone service at night.
The accommodation is located in the center of Küssnacht am Rigi. Thanks to the perfect public transport connections and the good location, you can go anywhere. The bus stop is only a few steps away from the accommodation. Across the street is the shopping center “Rigimärt” with many restaurants and shops. There are also other shops, bakeries and a bar within walking distance.
The accommodation is the perfect starting point for excursions in Central Switzerland. You can even take a boat trip on Lake Lucerne.

1. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is at 10:00 at the latest.
Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations with STAYY Operations GmbH within their region of residence (radius of 30 kilometers). Please contact us if you wish to book such accommodation.
3. Smoking, parties and excessive volume are not permitted. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony/terrace with the door/window closed.
Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of CHF 250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission as well as illegal activities and prostitution are strictly prohibited.
5. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We will charge CHF 40 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. All guests must be registered by law using the registration form before check-in.
6. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes.
8. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels.
9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.
10. For longer stays of 10 days or more, intermediate cleaning is included in the price and is mandatory at least every 10 days.
11. The booking of a reservation is accompanied by the agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, charges, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property without refund.
