Whether you’re here on business, working on a project, or enjoying a city break on your own, you’ll immediately feel at home in this tastefully furnished studio with views of the quiet courtyard and greenery.
The location is excellent:
the apartment is located between Alt-Wiedikon and Binz, one of Zurich’s most popular districts. In just a few minutes, you can reach Binz train station, tram and bus stops, numerous restaurants, cafés, and shopping facilities. It’s the perfect starting point – whether you’re traveling on business or want to discover Zurich on your own.
In the morning, you can enjoy your Nespresso on the balcony and start the day relaxed.
The apartment offers a comfortable queen-size bed, smart TV with internet access, a dining table, and plenty of storage space – ideal for solo travelers and weekly guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer. So you can easily cook at home and enjoy your dinner indoors or outdoors on the balcony in the evening sun.
The bathroom has a modern shower. Fresh towels, shampoo, and shower gel are of course provided.
A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the communal laundry room.
If you are arriving by car, there are numerous public parking spaces along the street. However, please note that these are very popular. We only have a few parking spaces ourselves, which must be reserved in advance for a fee.

The floor may vary, as we offer the same studio on three different floors.
We live nearby and respond to phone calls or messages as quickly as possible during the day. Please only call us after 8:00 p.m. in real emergencies, as we cannot offer telephone service at night.
We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. You will also receive a welcome pack with coffee, tea, and a little surprise.
We are very mindful of sustainability and only use organic products and ecologically degradable cleaning products.

– Late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked for an additional fee.
– Cleaning during your stay can also be booked for an additional fee.
Before check-in, a registration form must be completed by law. All guests must be registered. The access codes for check-in will only be sent after all guests have been successfully registered.

1. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is at 10:00 at the latest.
Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations with STAYY Operations GmbH within their region of residence (radius of 30 kilometers). Please contact us if you wish to book such accommodation.
3. Smoking, parties and excessive volume are not permitted. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony/terrace with the door/window closed.
Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of CHF 250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission as well as illegal activities and prostitution are strictly prohibited.
5. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We will charge CHF 40 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. All guests must be registered by law using the registration form before check-in.
6. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes.
8. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels.
9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.
10. For longer stays of 10 days or more, intermediate cleaning is included in the price and is mandatory at least every 10 days.
11. The booking of a reservation is accompanied by the agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, charges, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property without refund.
