Whether it’s a business trip or a city getaway, you won’t miss a thing in this tasteful and freshly renovated apartment.
The location is excellent:
Right next to the accommodation, the tram of line 11 stops, which takes you directly to the center of Zurich. Additionally, you can reach several restaurants, shops, and the Balgrist Hospital within walking distance of 100 meters.
On the small balcony, you can enjoy a delicious NESPRESSO in the morning and start your day refreshed. The apartment features comfortable king-size box spring beds, a large smart TV with Netflix, cable TV, Amazon Prime, and a spacious dining table for 6 people.
If you feel like staying at home, the fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, including a toaster, coffee machine, kettle, induction stove, spacious refrigerator, and freezer. Nothing stands in the way of a delicious meal in the cozy living room.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, so you can enjoy a relaxing bath. A washing machine and a dryer in the apartment are available for your use. Fresh towels and all essential items such as shower gel and shampoo are provided.
Even if you are arriving with six people, there is enough space with a high-quality sofa bed. For very young guests, we can also provide a high chair and a travel crib. Please mention this when booking.
If you arrive by car, you can park it in the designated outdoor space. This is, of course, free of charge!
Living Like Home
When you leave the accommodation, you can hop on the tram line 11 just 50 meters away. It will take you to the main train station in just under 20 minutes or to Bellevueplatz by Lake Zurich in 10 minutes.
Many shopping options and stores are also within walking distance.
An outdoor parking space is available for guests.
We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. In addition, you will find a welcome set with coffee, tea and a small surprise.
We pay a lot of attention to sustainability and use only organic products and environmentally friendly cleaning products. We have made a CO2 compensation for all furnishings.

Before check-in, a registration form must be filled out according to the law. The main guest must confirm his identity biometrically. Access codes for check-in will be sent only after successful registration of all guests.
We live nearby and answer phone calls or messages as quickly as possible during the day. Please only call us after 8 p.m. in real emergencies, as we cannot offer a telephone service at night.
You will be staying in the southern, slightly elevated part of Zurich. Nearby, you will find the Balgrist Hospital, soon to be followed by the newly built Children’s Hospital, and various private clinics.
Thanks to the public transportation system, you can easily reach all the hotspots in Zurich.
Several shops, restaurants, and delicious bakeries are within walking distance or just one stop away.
The entire apartment is at your disposal. Feel just like at home!
1. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is at 10:00 at the latest.
Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations with STAYY Operations GmbH within their region of residence (radius of 30 kilometers). Please contact us if you wish to book such accommodation.
3. Smoking, parties and excessive volume are not permitted. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony/terrace with the door/window closed.
Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of CHF 250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission as well as illegal activities and prostitution are strictly prohibited.
5. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We will charge CHF 40 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. All guests must be registered by law using the registration form before check-in.
6. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes.
8. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels.
9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.
10. For longer stays of 10 days or more, intermediate cleaning is included in the price and is mandatory at least every 10 days.
11. The booking of a reservation is accompanied by the agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, charges, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property without refund.
