Whether for business or a city trip. You will want for nothing in this tasteful ground-floor flat with a view of the garden.
The location is very good:
The flat serves as the perfect base for your needs, whether you’re travelling for business or pleasure. The flat is very centrally located in the Limmat Valley.
You can enjoy a delicious NESPRESSO in the morning in the cosy seating area and start the day feeling refreshed. The flat has a comfortable double bed, a smart TV with Internet TV, a spacious dining table and plenty of storage space for clothes.
If you want to stay at home, you can use the fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee machine, kettle, electric hob, microwave oven, spacious fridge and freezer compartment. So nothing stands in the way of a delicious meal at the dining table or on the terrace.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available free of charge in the communal laundry room. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo.
Even if you are travelling as a couple, there is plenty of space with a large box-spring bed. We can also provide a high chair and travel cot for very young guests. Please mention this when booking.
If you are travelling with a car, you can use our car park in the covered carport free of charge.
Far from home and yet at home.
We have several car parks on site. If necessary, there is also a public, chargeable car park just 100 metres away.
The Schlieren Talacker Windegg bus stop is just 50 metres away and will take you quickly to Schlieren railway station.
You live in urban Schlieren, the gateway to the city of Zurich. Thanks to the ideal location with numerous transport links and excellent public transport connections, you can move around freely.
There are numerous shopping facilities nearby, as well as the local recreation area par excellence, the River Limmat. There are footpaths on both sides of the river, which are perfect for a short jog or a leisurely stroll.
The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home!
1. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is at 10:00 at the latest.
Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations with STAYY Operations GmbH within their region of residence (radius of 30 kilometers). Please contact us if you wish to book such accommodation.
3. Smoking, parties and excessive volume are not permitted. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony/terrace with the door/window closed.
Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of CHF 250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission as well as illegal activities and prostitution are strictly prohibited.
5. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We will charge CHF 40 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. All guests must be registered by law using the registration form before check-in.
6. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes.
8. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels.
9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.
10. For longer stays of 10 days or more, intermediate cleaning is included in the price and is mandatory at least every 10 days.
11. The booking of a reservation is accompanied by the agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, charges, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property without refund.
