The location is very good:
The flat serves as the perfect base for your needs, whether you’re travelling for business or pleasure. The flat is very centrally located in the Limmat Valley.
You can enjoy a delicious NESPRESSO in the morning in the cosy seating area and start the day feeling refreshed. The flat has a comfortable double bed, a smart TV with Internet TV, a spacious dining table and plenty of storage space for clothes.
If you want to stay at home, you can use the fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee machine, kettle, electric hob, microwave oven, spacious fridge and freezer compartment. So nothing stands in the way of a delicious meal at the dining table or on the terrace.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available free of charge in the communal laundry room. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo.
Even if you are travelling as a couple, there is plenty of space with a large box-spring bed. We can also provide a high chair and travel cot for very young guests. Please mention this when booking.
If you are travelling with a car, you can use our car park in the covered carport free of charge.
Far from home and yet at home.
We have several car parks on site. If necessary, there is also a public, chargeable car park just 100 metres away.
The Schlieren Talacker Windegg bus stop is just 50 metres away and will take you quickly to Schlieren railway station.
We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. You can also expect a welcome pack with coffee, tea and a small surprise.
We pay great attention to sustainability and only use organic products and biodegradable cleaning products. We have made a CO2 compensation for all furnishings.

– Cleaning during the stay can also be booked for an extra charge.
By law, a registration form must be completed prior to check-in. The main guest must confirm their identity biometrically. The access codes for check-in will only be sent once all guests have been successfully registered.
We live nearby and answer phone calls or messages as quickly as possible during the day. Please only call us after 20:00 in real emergencies, as we cannot offer a telephone service at night.
You live in urban Schlieren, the gateway to the city of Zurich. Thanks to the ideal location with numerous transport links and excellent public transport connections, you can move around freely.
There are numerous shopping facilities nearby, as well as the local recreation area par excellence, the River Limmat. There are footpaths on both sides of the river, which are perfect for a short jog or a leisurely stroll.

1. Check-In ist ab 15:00 Uhr, Check-Out ist spätestens um 10:00 Uhr.
Früheres Ein- oder späteres Auschecken ist gegen Gebühr bei Verfügbarkeit möglich. Gäste, die über die vereinbarte Check-Out-Zeit hinaus bleiben oder unsere Reinigungen verspäten, sind haftbar für alle daraus resultierenden Kosten und Ausgaben.
2. Gäste dürfen keine Reservierungen innerhalb ihrer Wohnregion (Umkreis 30 Kilometer) bei STAYY Operations GmbH durchführen. Bitte kontaktiere uns, wenn Du eine solche Unterkunft buchen möchtest.
3. Rauchen, Partys und exzessive Lautstärke sind nicht erlaubt. Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon/Terrasse bei geschlossener Türe/Fenster erlaubt.
Verstöße gegen das Rauchverbot ziehen eine Gebühr von CHF 250 zzgl. der Kosten für eine Sonderreinigung und Schadensreparatur nach sich.
4. Kommerzielle Fotografie/Videografie ohne schriftliche Erlaubnis sowie illegale Aktivitäten und Prostitution sind strikt untersagt.
5. Gäste, deren Zahl die der in der Reservierung angegebenen übersteigt, sind nicht erlaubt. Wir berechnen CHF 40 je Nacht der Reservierung für jeden unautorisierten Gast. Alle Gäste müssen vom Gesetz her mittels Meldeformular vor dem Checkin gemeldet werden.
6. Tiere sind nicht erlaubt. Verstöße gegen unsere Tier-Richtlinien können eine gesonderte Reinigungsgebühr nach sich ziehen. Gäste mit Assistenztieren werden gebeten, uns vor dem Aufenthalt zu kontaktieren.
7. Gäste sind verantwortlich und haftbar für die Kosten zum Ersatz von verlorenen Schlüsseln, Schlüsselkarten, Fernbedienungen oder Parkausweisen.
8. Systeme zur Messung des Lärmpegels können in den Wohnungen installiert sein, um exzessive Lautstärken zu überwachen.
9. Gäste sind voll verantwortlich und haftbar für Schäden oder Verluste in den Räumlichkeiten und Einrichtungen. Gäste müssen unserem Kundenservice etwaige Schäden melden.
10. Bei längeren Aufenthalten ab 10 Tagen ist eine Zwischenreinigung im Preis inbegriffen und mindestens alle 10 Tage obligatorisch.
11. Die Buchung einer Reservierung geht mit dem Einverständnis, die Hausregeln einzuhalten, einher. Gäste, die die Hausregeln nicht einhalten, sind haftbar für alle daraus entstehenden Schäden, Gebühren, Kosten oder Ausgaben. Die Nichteinhaltung kann zur sofortigen Stornierung der Reservierung und Räumung der Wohnung ohne Rückerstattung führen.
