The apartment is located between Alt-Wiedikon and Binz, one of Zurich’s most popular districts. In just a few minutes, you can reach Binz train station, tram and bus stops, numerous restaurants, cafés, and shopping facilities. The perfect starting point – whether you are traveling on business or want to discover Zurich on your own.
In the morning, you can enjoy your Nespresso on the balcony and start the day relaxed.
The apartment offers a comfortable double bed, smart TV with internet access, a dining table, and plenty of storage space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer. So you can easily cook at home and enjoy your dinner indoors or outdoors on the balcony in the evening sun.
The bathroom has a modern shower. Fresh towels, shampoo, and shower gel are provided.
A washing machine and dryer are available for free use in the communal laundry room.
If required, we can provide a high chair and a travel cot for younger guests – just let us know when you book.

In the immediate vicinity, you will find modern cafés, takeaways, supermarkets, and restaurants offering everything from quick lunch breaks to leisurely dinners. Those who enjoy being active will benefit from the proximity to Uetliberg, Zurich’s local mountain – perfect for jogging, walking, or simply enjoying a panoramic view of the city.
For business travelers, the location is strategically ideal: Enge, Sihlcity, and the banking district are within easy reach.
On weekends, there are many ways to spend your free time – a walk along the Sihl, a shopping spree in Sihlcity, or a relaxing coffee in the charming Wiedikon district. Despite its central location, Austrasse offers a pleasant tranquility – ideal for unwinding after a long day.

When you leave the accommodation, you are just a few steps away from the Binz Center tram stop, where tram line 9 takes you directly to the city center. In just 10 minutes you can be at Stauffacher, and in around 15 minutes at Zurich Main Station. Alternatively, you can take the S-Bahn from Zurich Binz station to Paradeplatz or the airport in no time at all.
There are several supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and bakeries in the immediate vicinity, ideal for your daily needs or a spontaneous snack.
Those arriving by car will benefit from the central but quiet location and parking spaces along the street. The A3 motorway is just a few minutes away – perfect for exploring Zurich and the surrounding area with flexibility.
