Whether for business or a city trip. In this tasteful apartment with an incomparable view of the River Limmat and the city of Zurich, you will want for nothing.
The location is very good:
Several bus lines stop right next to the accommodation, which will easily take you to the center of Zurich or to your destination. There is a fantastic Gault-Millau restaurant in the same building and a petrol station store nearby.
You can enjoy a delicious NESPRESSO on the terrace in the morning and start the day refreshed. The apartment has a comfortable double bed, a large Smart TV with cable TV, a good workspace and a spacious dining table.
If you want to stay at home, you can use the fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee machine, kettle, electric stove, spacious fridge and freezer compartment. Nothing stands in the way of a delicious meal at the dining table or on the terrace with a view of the river.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A small washing machine is available in the apartment. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo.
Even if there are four of you, there is enough space with a large box-spring sofa bed. We can also provide a high chair and travel cot for very young guests. Please mention this when booking.
If you arrive by car, you can use our parking space in the underground garage, which is only 200 meters away, free of charge.

When you leave the accommodation, you can hop on the bus lines 80, 89, 304 and N8 just 50 metres away, which will take you comfortably to Altstetten and Oerlikon station, or to Zurich in 20 minutes with just one change. In addition, the Tüfenwies tram stop is only 300 metres away on foot, from where you can travel directly to the city centre.
Shopping facilities are also within walking distance.
There are several paid or time-limited car parks around the accommodation. However, we provide you with a free underground parking space in this flat, which is only 200 metres away.
We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. You can also expect a welcome set with coffee, tea and a small surprise.
We pay great attention to sustainability and only use organic products and biodegradable cleaning products. We have provided CO2 compensation for all furnishings.

By law, a registration form must be completed prior to check-in. The main guest must confirm their identity biometrically. The access codes for check-in will only be sent once all guests have been successfully registered.
We live nearby and answer phone calls or messages as quickly as possible during the day. Please only call us after 8 p.m. in real emergencies, as we cannot offer a telephone service at night.
You live in the contrasting and beautiful district of Höngg, directly on the banks of the Limmat with a unique view. Just a few minutes’ walk away is every Zurich resident’s insider tip: Werdinsel, which invites you to take long walks and, in summer, enjoy a swim. A footpath runs along the Limmat, which is perfect for a morning jog or simply a nice walk.
The “Winzerhalde” bus stop is right next to the accommodation. This means you can easily get to the neighboring districts or the center of Zurich by bus. The world-famous ETH Hönggerberg university is also just a quarter of an hour away.

1. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is at 10:00 at the latest.
Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations with STAYY Operations GmbH within their region of residence (radius of 30 kilometers). Please contact us if you wish to book such accommodation.
3. Smoking, parties and excessive volume are not permitted. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony/terrace with the door/window closed.
Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of CHF 250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission as well as illegal activities and prostitution are strictly prohibited.
5. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We will charge CHF 40 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. All guests must be registered by law using the registration form before check-in.
6. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes.
8. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels.
9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.
10. For longer stays of 10 days or more, intermediate cleaning is included in the price and is mandatory at least every 10 days.
11. The booking of a reservation is accompanied by the agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, charges, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property without refund.
