The location is excellent:
Tram line 20 stops right outside the apartment, taking you easily to Zurich or to your destination via Dietikon train station. You’ll also find several restaurants, shops, and a nearby stream within walking distance.
You can enjoy a delicious NESPRESSO in the morning at the spacious dining table and start the day feeling refreshed. The apartment has two comfortable box-spring beds, a large smart TV with cable TV, and a workspace.
If you want to stay at home, the fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee machine, kettle, electric stove, spacious refrigerator, and freezer compartment is at your disposal. So nothing stands in the way of a delicious meal at the dining table.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower, so you can also enjoy a relaxing bath. A clothes dryer is available free of charge in the apartment. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo.
Even if there are six of you, there is plenty of space with a sofa bed and a large bathroom. For very young guests, we can also provide a high chair and a travel cot. Please mention this when booking.
If you are arriving by car, our reserved outdoor parking space is available free of charge.

You live in urban Dietikon ZH, close to the unique Bruno Weber Park and the picturesque banks of the River Limmat, not far from Zurich. Zurich Airport is easily accessible by public transport.
There are numerous restaurants and shopping facilities in the surrounding area, such as the Löwencenter, the Dietikon City Center and the Tivoli and Shoppy shopping centres in neighbouring Spreitenbach. Discover local highlights such as the Glanzenberg ruins and the Altberg nature reserve.
The flat serves as the perfect starting point for your business or city trip in and around Zurich and Dietikon, where you can experience events such as the Dietiker Stadtfest and the open-air cinema.
When you leave the accommodation, you can hop on the new Limmattalbahn line 20 just 50 metres away, which will take you comfortably to Dietikon station or to Zurich in 20 minutes with just one change. In the other direction, you can reach the two large shopping centres Tivoli and Shoppy in neighbouring Spreitenbach AG in 10 minutes.
Many shopping facilities are also within walking distance.
We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. In addition, you will find a welcome set with coffee, tea and a small surprise.
We pay a lot of attention to sustainability and use only organic products and environmentally friendly cleaning products. We have made a CO2 compensation for all furnishings.

Before check-in, a registration form must be filled out according to the law. The main guest must confirm his identity biometrically. Access codes for check-in will be sent only after successful registration of all guests.
1. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is at 10:00 at the latest.
Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations with STAYY Operations GmbH within their region of residence (radius of 30 kilometers). Please contact us if you wish to book such accommodation.
3. Smoking, parties and excessive volume are not permitted. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony/terrace with the door/window closed.
Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of CHF 250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission as well as illegal activities and prostitution are strictly prohibited.
5. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We will charge CHF 40 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. All guests must be registered by law using the registration form before check-in.
6. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes.
8. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels.
9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.
10. For longer stays of 10 days or more, intermediate cleaning is included in the price and is mandatory at least every 10 days.
11. The booking of a reservation is accompanied by the agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, charges, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property without refund.
